Road Worthy is a hands-free, voice-first road-trip game from Bay Tech Ltd. There is no account and no sign-in — if something isn't working, email us and we'll help.

When you write in, it helps to include your device model (for example, iPhone 15 Pro), your iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened.

Common questions

The game isn't hearing me

• Check that the microphone and speech recognition permissions are enabled: Settings → Road Worthy, and turn on both Microphone and Speech Recognition.
• Speech recognition works best when your device has downloaded its offline dictation language. On iOS this is under Settings → General → Keyboard → Enable Dictation. If it has not been set up, the app will use your device's standard speech recognition instead, which needs a network connection.
• In the car, keep the phone on a mount near the driver rather than in a pocket or bag.
• If speech still isn't recognised, you can play in manual mode and tap your answers instead.

I can't hear the host

• Check the device is not muted and the volume is up.
• If you are connected to a car stereo over Bluetooth, make sure the car is on the correct audio source.

Restoring a purchase

Road Worthy offers a one-time "Unlock Everything" purchase and optional tips. If you have reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, open the app's purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the App Store or Google Play account that made them.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested through them — not through us. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play order history. If you have trouble, email us and we will help you get to the right place.

Playing offline

Road Worthy is designed for the road, including areas with no signal. Game content is stored in the app. Speech recognition is handled by your device's operating system, which may work fully offline once your device's dictation language has been downloaded. See our Privacy Policy for detail on how speech is processed.

Accessibility

The game is fully playable by voice and supports VoiceOver throughout. If you hit an accessibility barrier, please tell us — we want to fix it.
